Im 16 Years Old and I'm Trying to bulkd up some mass;
Im 6'3ft tall and Weigh Around 158lbs

My Diet is

Wake Up

Meal 1:120g Of Oats With Full Cream Milk

Meal 2: Mass Gainer (Mixed With Water) + Rice Crackers

Meal 3: 2 Cans of Tuna + Rice Crackers

Meal 4: 2 Fruits (Banana or Pears) OR Mass Gainer (mixed with Water)

Training:Pre Workout- Jack3D
During-BCAA's
After- Protein (massgainer-With 1hr of workout)

Meal 5: Chicken Or Lamb/beef

Snack- 50g of Oats with Full cream milk
--- 2 Liters of Water a day---
Sleep

You didn't post macros.

Regardless of that you are 16. Eat, sleep and lift as well as enjoying your childhood!

My aim for Macros would be 40/30/30.

Just need to know if that diet will help to put on mass/size?

Post macros not percentages, your body doesn't care about percentages. Macros protein/carbs/fat.

The diet that will help put on mass/size will be a diet that puts you at a daily caloric surplus. Does that diet fulfill that requirement?

That's 2410 calories just fyi. I would be aiming higher at your age/height/weight.

I wanted the exact macros your diet you posted
