according to http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/legumes-and-legume-products/4326/2

The amino acid score of chickpeas is 106.
"An Amino Acid Score of 100 or higher indicates a complete or high-quality protein. " (nutritiondata.self.com)

Do this means that Chickpeas can build muscle? If it can't then please tell me why, I must be missing somewhere, maybe misunderstanding about the Amino acid score of nutritiondata website.

These beans and legumes are just side dish of my diet, lol, don't think my primary source of protein is this. Just somedays when I am out of meats, I just eat a **** loads of beans and dairy to meet my protein requirements (is this okay?)

After finding this out I swapped my lentils soup with chickpeas. Lentils have way more protein and less carbs than chickpeas, but their Amino Acid Score is 86.

having enough amino acids in your system + calorie surplus builds muscle.

No... beans do not contain muscles, therefore they cannot build them.

If you supplement your diet with beans they will aide in building muscles in your body, assuming adequate daily nutrition and resistance training.

Doesn't matter, if you're eating another complete protein source that day it rules it out by food combination. Incomplete + complete = complete

or you can take the counter balancing incomplete protein too.... black beans and rice are a good combo.
