Here is what I have so far for my recomp diet. I am currently 215 at about 13% BF. I am very sensitive to carbs and adding bodyfat, but i also put on muscle easy. I will be doing D/C Training and Cardo/Abs on off days. I am trying to do the following with the diet:

1. Fasted cardio
2. No carbs and fat in the same meal
3. Only have carbs pre and post w/o.

Have you considered taking the bus?

3. Only have carbs pre and post w/o.

Why would you do that considering that intraday macronutrient partitioning is not going to impact bodyweight or composition?

Also, why are you eating so frequently?

I have always thought that eating supplying protein every 3 hours was what we are supposed to do...is that wrong?

I am eating carbs only pre and post for the extra energy for d/c training and carbs for post workout muscle replenishment
