How much am I really missing out on by choosing this over a "traditional meal." It's the only MRP style thing I eat all day.

Seems to have a good profile of ingredients, no?

Your wallet is missing out. That's about it.

If money is no issue and you like the taste and are happy on the nutrition front then you're golden. I personally have to mix it up in the am every so often, MRP don't quite fully do it for me for breakfast.

Why are you eating this? Is it a time issue. I like breakfast too much I guess. Eggs/bacon/cereal/oats/waffles....To me the bars are only in extreme emergency situations. Otherwise - Vicent said it best - they are a bit pricy IMO.

Breakfast is overrated.

This is sad! ;)

Have you never had eggs with bacon and hashbrowns and gravy poured all over it? :D

Epic sized afternoon meals FTW.

They average out when I buy them at the right time to about $1.85 a bar. No, money is not an issue and yea I guess time is.

Perhaps I could proatmeal instead? I guess proatmeal would lower the average cost to like a dollar... that is not bad over time.

Yes I have. I had them at 4pm, and somehow my body didn't reject the food and/or explode.

If you like it and its working, then go with it. Personally I wouldnt put that many calories or coins into such a small "breakfast." If I ate breakfast Id want to do it with some eggs and bacon or ham. But if you dig it and you dont mind spending the money on it, then theres nothing wrong with it
