Hi people

Is there such a thing as too much protein?

If so what are the downfalls and what should a person look out for if it's possible?

Your liver fails, your guts open up and u give birth to an arnold lookin baby saying I AM BACK while doing a lat pose !!! J/K

Look are u talking about supps or food? not much difference bro its pretty safe... some studies based on fked up consemptions almost describe the above I mentioned as a joke but put it this way

protein is food... its like saying too much food..you should be ok as long as u dont open the container and start eating all of it with a spoon.

No but ideal range is from 1-1.5g per lb of bodyweight, it might not be "to much protein" but you want to balance out your protein intake with your other macros (carbs and fats)
