I'm 6'8 and 170lb's.. I have a hard time gaining weight. Any suggestions on meals or foods that pack on the weight?

This is a frequently asked question, so I'll keep mt answer short.

Milk. Nuts. Peanut butter. Olive oil. Drink a gallon of milk a day, add the other three to your other meals.

you should never be hungry OP, eat eat eat. Obviously don't pound on trash foods, but I would suggest to eat as much humanly possible of healthy foods. You need a great surplus to gain weight. And it won't happen over night, you just gotta take it day by day.
