I cant stop eating it. Its like what I crave. I just wanted to know if any of that fat is good fat and is it worth while to eat it or am I just gonna get fat?

make sure you get natural peanut butter. its the kind with the seperated oil. that kind is very good for you.

skippy, or any other kind that is creamy when you open it is because of trans fatty acids they use to make it stay solid. do not eat that ****.

dont worry natural peanut butter taste better anyways. its an excellent source of unsaturated fats and protien. I snack on the **** all day

ofcourse if u eat it like a pig , but the fats in pb are asential for are bodies , make sure its natural pb allso, thats what i think anyway.... w8 for for the pro's

one question

i just bought natural peanut butter @ ralphs and it says Ralphs Natural Peanut Butter but it also says creamy is that bad?

and are you suppose to empty out the oil or leave it in the jar

leave it in their, stir it real well , then pop it in the fridge for storage.

It doesn't matter if it is creamy or crunchy as long as it is natural and without added sugars. You can either dump out the oil or mix it in, it is up to you. If you dump out the oil, the PB is a lot drier and tougher to spread. Just make sure that after you mix it or dump it out, put the PB in the refridgerator to keep it fresh and to keep the oil from seperating again.

bro, keep the oil. it keeps the peanut butter creamy, plus alot of the good fatty oils are absorbed into the oil. also if you dump the oil when you get about half way threw the jar the **** gonna be so dry you wont even wanna eat it.

Is it good if you are trying cut? I keep my carbs under 100 grams and protein high.

If your trying to get cut just keep it in small doses. even though its good fat you can still eat too much...

Well. I actually keep a strict diet. I actually measure everything. So maybe 1 tablespoon a day sound ok?

yeah that would be fine. remember its great for you in moderation, but anything in eccess can be bad for you.
