Hi peoples,

Quick question, I need to drop weight and I no my carbs need to drop, just not sure to what. Im 290 and want to no how to tell what i can take in through out the day to help lose weight.

And soak it all up. Make a deficit, fill those macros with whole foods as much as possible, and get a solid workout routine (from the workout forum I'm guessing)

Beyond those generalities it's up to you to stick to a calorie deficit, and the weight will come off.
