Hey guys, I just competed in my first competition so i'm just coming off a contest prep diet. I would like to stay somewhat lean for the summer, so I'm going to keep my calories at maintenance level. So here's my diet I will most likely follow for the summer, then when summer is over I will start bulking again.

Meal1: 1 cup oatmeal, 1 cup fat free milk, 2-3 tbp brown sugar
Meal2: 4 tbsp Peanut butter, 2 slices of wheat bread, 2 string cheese
meal3: 5 egg whites, 1 yolk, 1 banana
meal4: 2 scoops whey, 30g dextrose, 1 banana
meal5:6-8 oz. ground turkey or chicken breast and 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 cup corn
meal6: 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 cup fat free milk

Macros: 219g Protein, 287g Carbs, 89g Fats
