Its cuz Heat fans are delusional as phuck and think that just because they beat Boston 4-1, they must be this amazing unstoppable team, when the only reason they beat Boston is because Boston had to deal with a bunch of injuries. Bulls are going to expose the Heat, and the Heat fans are going to disappear as quickly as they jumped on the Heat bandwagon when super-phaggy-crew formed.

I think Heat got a little too much publicity as the team to beat hence why LBJ was a little cocky for the CHI v MIA series.

Let's be serious here, PHI are well rounded but ain't that great and don't match up well to MIA. BOS were out of form, which was already evident prior to the NYK series. NYK only got swept because they lost two of their main guys. BOS lost to MIA partly because of an injured Rondo and because their remainder of their starting 5 just looked worn out from a hard reg season.

Bulls were shakey against IND and the first 4 games of ATL series, but showed their defensive strengths in games 5 and 6, and G1 against the Heat.

Not going to be a blow out at all, and Bulls won't sweep series. Next games will be contested under 10 points each and it will be probably be the Bulls in 6. Got some love for the Heat but like I been saying all season you can't buy a championship with 2.5 all-stars and a bunch of aging support.

tyronebiggums69
05-16-2011, 09:13 AM
After game 1, I just can't see how this will be a close series. The Heat have NO depth. They basically need to leave their starters in at all times just to stay competitive. Where as the Bulls do not need to worry when their bench is on the floor. The shooting percentage of the Bulls can only go up from last night. They shot horribly, where as the Heat actually shot well. Two keys of the win: Second chance points, Bench points.

Boston fan here. Bulls definitely looked impressive last night. I wouldn't get too excited about the win. Both teams can win their first two home games and the series will start over again at 2-2. Both Lebron and Wade have came back from 0-2 deficits in a series (2007 EC finals, 2006 finals). I DO think the Bulls will/should win the series. I think it's easier for them to be consistent with crashing the boards and getting the 2nd chance points than it is for the Heat to get 80+ points from the big 3.

Why would I delete this? My thread still stands. Heat fans were littering the sports section saying Bulls would get swept/demolished when they didn't. Didn't even get swept. Every game has been close, and last game 40 free throws was a big help to the Heat victory. Game 5 in Chicago, Bulls will probably win (Miami probably wants to win at home) which will lead to either a 4-2 loss which isn't demolished/swept in the least. Or if the Bulls want it enough, it will end 4-3 for either the Bulls or Heat.

What if the Heat win game 5? Would you then agree that the Bulls got demolished? I still think losing 4-2 when you have home court is pretty bad but I guess we'll see what happens.

Also, lol at using 40 free throws as the excuse. Guess it had nothing to do with your MVP going 8 for 27 and air balling the last shot. No, that couldn't have been it.

Yeah you're right. That flop is what cost the bulls the game. It wasn't the fact that your teams MVP shot 9 for 29 (that's 31% btw). It wasn't the fact that overall as a team Chicago shot 36%. It wasn't the fact that Wade had a HORRIBLE game, but when it mattered he made some clutch buckets, unlike Chicago.

Was there some questionable, even bad, calls? No doubt. That's going to happen more often than not in every game. You can't deny that Lebron went into beast mode and was hitting shots when it mattered, along with Wade.

Bulls still made more field goals than the Heat same as last game. So many should-have-been calls for the Bulls both games got passed up, while any breath or hair touching the Heat was an immediate foul. I don't know how Heat fans can constantly try to overlook the fact that the Heat are shooting almost 40 free throws almost every game every series and don't give me that they drive a lot bull**** excuse when half their fouls aren't even on drives but random touches. Most of the Heats calls come from non shooting fouls that push them to the bonus and then end up every quarter in a bonus. It's so blatant and yet Heat fans are so willfully blind.

Chicago blew it big time. D Rose played like **** throughout the entire series except game 1. Bulls could not make shots period. Still, every game was damn close, especially to a team with 3 all stars on the line up who alternate between who scores the most per game. Lot of bull**** calls could have easily turned the game around especially since the heat would blatantly fake getting fouled. Hopefully Dallas doesn't have the same luck as Chicago.

You forget the fact the Rose is the only legitimate scoring option for the Bulls and even he is streaky as hell and showed it this series. When you have guys like Wade, Lebron, Bosh on your team. 3 superstars draw double teams and more contact than Noah who does nothing but pout on the court, very similar to Boozer.

It's amazing the amount of cry babies after last night. Errybody getting scared of Miami winning a championship their first year and starting their dominance of the NBA.

Good block by Lebron.

I laughed at the foul they called on Lebron last night after Deng's dunk. Deng fell to the ground without being touched and Lebron was called for a foul. Bullchit calls go both ways. Refs didn't make Rose shoot 31% or make Chicago's offense non existant.

What is the point of arguing that the Bulls made more field goals? I just don't understand how that matters?

Let's look at the OKC and Dallas series to see how flawed your logic is. In game 4, OKC shot 42-90, Dallas shot 35-81. In game 5, OKC shot 35-82, Dallas shot 32-78. OKC lost both of these games.

I was cheering for OKC but I didn't blame the refs on OKC blowing huge leads in the 4th quarter. The only game that I thought was BS was game 1, where dirk had 24 freethrows just himself. I still don't think that one game cost them the series. Their lack of 4th quarter performance did.
