is this any good to do before or after a work out at the gym.... like lets say i get home from work and im going to play ps3, but before i play i do this will this short little work out kill a lot of body fat if i do it evey day?

Do 10 push-ups or knee push-ups,
Then stand and do 15-20 jumping jacks.
Next to 10 squats or lunges,
Then do 15-20 more jumping jacks.
Next, move on to 10 crunches, again followed by 15-20 jumping jacks.
Finally, pick a set of dumbbells off the floor and lift them overhead up and down a total of ten times, and
Then finish with a final series of 15-20 jumping jacks.

Wow you preface by saying before I play my PS3.....

Step 1) get your mind right or nothing else will matter
Step 2) throw your PS3 out of the window
Step 3) read the stickies in this forum about dieting
Step 4) good luck to you!

Last time I checked, PS3 doesn't make anyone fat.

Keep your PS3. Hit the gym for an hour or two before/after playing. Also don't munch on doritos and drink coke, fix your diet to fit your macros at a 20~30% deficit.

Everything you suggested is pretty much akin to doing Cardio. It should add to your calorie deficit but it shouldn't be used as a replacement for a real, weight workout. As for what to do, everyone else already said how you should go about your diet.

I was being sarcastic, bro. You're gonna have to do a lot more work than that if you want long term success. However, it's better than nothing....
