PSMF / Rapid Fat Loss is a fast method of losing fat.. with EFAs and only protein..some traces of carbs/fat ..

about 800 calories is consumed..and little to no physical activity

but..can't you lose the same with a Keto diet..? 65 fat/ 30 protein /5 carbs?

1700-1800 calories..with training and cardio?

Your best results will always be with a well balanced diet paired with exercise. Eat your fats, protein and carbs.

That said, no it still boils down to calories, 1700 calories of keto is not going to produce the same results as 800 calories on psmf.

On PSMF you're supposed to train sparingly. You're doing extreme undereating. They are saying to eat a balanced diet and train. That means eating from fats, carbs, and protein. If you do PSMF and train the same way you're gonna burn out quick.

a good deficit like eating 17-1800 cals is best in the long run. PSMF gets quick results but you run the risk of your body shifting hormones and causing you to get so hungry and feel so bad that you want to binge. You could try it as it will get you the quickest results, but if you feel like your going to crash and can't sustain it, then jump off it before you crash/binge and destroy your results. I plan on doing my regular deficit with refeeds, then have an occasional 5 day or so psmf period to speed things up every now and then. You can see your waist size drop like a half inch in a week or so on PSMF.
