Hey guys I have some questions. I have been bodybuilding for two years, and in that time I have lost 52 lbs, and got down to 3 percent body fat. My weight was hovering around 160 at my lightest and eating 3500 calories a day, but now I am around 168 because I have been cheating about once a week but keeping my daily diet the same. Now, although my weight has gone up quickly in only 2 weeks, my body fat has stayed really about the same. I measured tonight, and I am 3 1/2 percent. I believe that it is because of my age that I can eat junk more often, but I would really like some info. Can anyone explain this to me? Is it possible that cheating once a week can actually help? Or am I just doing something completely wrong?

A: How are you measuring your BF%?
B: 160 at 6'1 and growing? Eat something son.

you are not 3% body fat. Essential fat for males is 2-4% there is no way you are that low.

3.5%?!!!... Whatever method you are using to measure your body fat is wrong.

Dude your 16, eat whatever the hell you want and ENJOY being a teenager with a lighting fast metabolism.. eat alot, lift heavy, sleep and repeat.
