View Full Version : EC Stack + Exercise + Low cal intake

Currently 5' 8" at 190lbs ~20% bfat

I am on an full dose EC stack with vitamin and fish oil supplements.

Lifting heavy, doing ~30 mins low intensity cardio on lift days and ~60 minutes med intensity on non lifting days.

EC stack + cigs (I know, I know i'm trying to quit) really kill my appetite so I'm definitely not starving myself on purpose, but just no motivation to eat when I'm not hungry. I try to get in a lot of protein through greens/meats and protein shakes. Pretty much cut out carbs.

I know starvation is bad etc. but I've been reading that the EC stack has muscle preservation effects? I'm also trying to intake as much protein as I can and lifting to try to preserve muscle. I've just gone through my first week on this and lost around 9lbs (prob water weight) and I was wondering how long I could keep this up before it really becomes a problem (fat stops being burned and switches to muscle). My primary goal is to lose as much fat as possible in 2 weeks. Any advice is appreciated.

Uh... calories and macros... without that info, we can't help.

Sounds like you arent counting.

Sorry about that... counting exact calorie intake is hard since I use my school mealplan and nutritional facts aren't disclosed. I am now definitely under 1000 cals a day though.

1000cal is far too low though, I wouldn't drop below 1800-2000k per day at your size right now (if you are legit).

If my goal is just to lose as much fat as possible in two weeks, is sub 1000 cals really that detrimental even with the anti-catabolic effects of EC and most of the cals are from protein?

EC is awesome though. You should be ready for a long hual though. 20% BF to a lower bf of any asthetics is a fuaking journey that def takes longer than two weeks.
