Im trying to save money and reduce my reliance on supplements to hit my protein goals. I am open to all suggestions and tips for ideas on food to eat.

i use protein powder to save money, its about 40 for 11lbs so cnt really find a cheaper source, tuna comes close at 45p a can for about 33gs of protein

Buy in bulk. Cut coupons. Look for sales.

Milk, eggs, chicken, cottage cheese, etc..

Uh, idk what you mean by save money by not using a protein powder?

If you can find a protein source you can make in less than 15 seconds and is only 45 cents a service, let me know.

I guess I just end up eating the same things over and over with protein powder and looking to change some things up.

You can try finding food auctions or just got to a bulk food store and see what you come up with.
