i have started kickboxing about 3 weeks ago, 3 times a week and the other day i usually do cardio and weights.

I'm going to be incorporating hydroxy cut into my regimen, i have known people to rave about this product, is it really that good?

i need to lose about 40lbs, will this help along with everything else im doing, and is there anything else i should be doing? i have tried almost every method of weight loss out there .

all suggestions welcome , thnx everyone !
