Currently weighing at about 155 lbs, 5'8" in height. I do cardio 4x a week and lift weights 4x-6x a week depending on how my muscles feel. I am around 18% bf (estimated by other people.)

This is what my diet currently looks like. I'm about to eat some more chicken breast to get another 50 grams of protein and that will be it for today.

How long will it take to drop 8% bf? Is it possible in 2 months? I will be on a 500-800 caloric deficit.

That's not the diet for my whole day, should have explained that. I will be getting 500 more calories before I go to sleep.

Dude, I dont think you even looked at the stickies, go read those and adjust your diet from there. If you're only taking in 1500 calories a day and you want to cut out 500, then that equals 1000 a day, this diet has epic fail all over it.

With how active you are, I highly doubt that.

Emma-Leigh has a sticky labeled calculating macros, not sure how to paste, that will explain everything you need to know.
Your diet is setting you up for massive muscle wasting among other issues, not healthy or helpful to you! Please read the sticky

I'm about the same size as you, train less than you, and my maintenance is 2500 Calories. I've been cutting quite well at 2000 Calories. I suggest you re-check your calculations.

Not to mention you could just google "calorie calculator" and get something very basic which would immediately suggest you aren't eating enough.

I don't know about you, but i'd be lethargic as hell at that level.
