hey all, im trying to bulk at 130lbs. Does this diet look ok?? Please critique and give opinions.

7:00AM Cals Protein
4 Scrambled Eggs + 2 Toast 510 35g
1/2 Cup Fresh Orange Juice 117 ?

10:00AM
2 PB + Jelly Sandwiches 556 21.6g

1:00PM
Chicken + Lettuce Sandwich 250 ?
Apple 60 ?

3:30PM
Pasta w/ Sauce + Tuna 365 36.6g

5.30PM
Post-Workout Shake 1000(yes, 1000) 30g

7:00PM
Dinner-Depends(Always some kind of meat w/ veggies) ? ?

9:30PM
2 Toast w/ PB + 1/2 Cup of Milk 613 33.2g


Total: 3471 156.4


Take into account, i left out Dinner and missed a few protein calculations.

yeh it is alot. i have no idea how people can consume any more than this.
my home-made shake is crazy. this is why it is 1000 cals:

500mL Milk
2/3 Cup of Oats
1 Whole banana
1 TBlspn Peanut Butter
1 Tblspn Oil
1 Tblspn of this Choc powder stuff

I don't think so. Given his weight, I don't think its enough.

khadafi I think u should pay attention to meal timing n meal combinations. (eg, f/p, c/p & not c/f/p).

A clean bulk is what u want.

i was told no PB sandwhiches because its mixing fat with carbs....and the jelly will give an insulin spike.....?

Do you guys really think im not getting enough food? 4000 Cals and 200g+ Protein is still not enough?? I agree that i need to work out proper combinations of fat/carbs though. I havent been paying attention to Fat/Carbs at all - Just Protein and Calories. Please give a bit more info on that..

Also, should i eliminate the Jelly from my diet?? You guys have got me worried now..

Bro you are Bulking, quit giving yourself a Headache over it. Just Eat, The Jelly is not Bad just dont use the Whole Jar. YOU ARE BULKING YOU WILL ADD FAT!!! You will only fusterate yourself and your Progress will Suck if you sit and Worry about every little thing. If you do something Wrong just Change it, The only Meals i really pay Particular Attention to are:

PWorkout Shake:
1 Sc Isopure/1 Sc Gatorade Powder

Before Bed:
Met-Rx APM 60/TBLS Almond Butter.

JUST BULK UP!!!

I understand how you feel though bro. When i first Started Bulking i was soooo Afraid to Gain Fat. But then UPPED the Cals and Started Seeing Results/and Gaining a little Fat. But The Results are Great after i STOPPED worrying about the Fat Gain. So just Bulk Up bro. If you need Help just Ask!!
