Hi my name is doug. im new to weight lifting and im getting ready to start a program and it requires me to eat 6 meals a day basically boiling down to 800-850 cals per meal(6'3"/ 315 lbs.) im not sure how to go about this as ive never really done dieting(obvious). its a 50-30-20 which i also need help with i dont think ive ever even looked at a nutrition facts. id appreciate any help or direction to a thread. thank you and have a nice day
