I have recently gone on a cutting diet, and I am 5'9" 215 lbs Male. I am supposed to be getting around 2300 calories a day, and it's really hard with the healthy food I'm eating. Plus, a lot of these foods are quite expensive and I'm only a freshman in college. Are there some inexpensive foods that are for a cutting diet?

no, the topic is inexpensive higher calorie foods, fat being the most dense by more than two fold, naturally would be an easy addition. those are all real cheap for the calories too.

Because they are veggies and fruits....

Sure fresh is better but frozen works just as fine.

Fresh>Frozen>Canned

I never do canned personally. I do fresh or frozen.
