Hola to all the Bros!

I have attached a copy of my meal plan here.

It is in excel format since I do not know how to attach a table on the post itself.

Could you please kindly comment?

My goal is to build lean and mean muscle. Age 32 and current weight is 78Kgs

Exercise regime

Every Mon(chest, biceps), Wed(shoulder,triceps) and Fri(back,legs) -intense training on weights for 1 hour.

Every Tues and Thursday (Muay Thai) for 1 hour and 30 mins (a lot of cardio)

I just did a test using INBODY and the following is my current stats

Total Body Water: 49.2KG
Muscle Mass: 62.6KG
Lean Body Mass: 66.7KG
Body Weight: 77.9KG

Body Fat % 14.4

Based on the abovementioned stats, What is your opinion about my food plan? enough?
