Pretty specific question which I am sure will have varying answerers but I would like to get a good idea of an accurate number here.

What I am looking fore is the average amount of lean mass gained while on a diet that includes a 10% calorie surplus. For example if you burn 3000 and are eating 3300. We will assume for the purposes of the scenario that the individual is eating 1.5g of pro per pound of lbm and 1g of fat per pound of body weight and getting the rest of calories from carbohydrates.

Given this information what percentage of weight gain could be expected to be lean mass and subsequently what percentage would be fat gain?

How long is a piece of string? Way too many variables to answer this overthunk question.
