i just started using ON switching from iso-100. i read in the back it says to add it to your oatmeal. is this a healthy choice for someone who is watching their weight??im an MMa fighter and want to avoid adding unneccesary weight

Oops my bad. He said oats PLUS protein.

If it fits in your macros, OP....eat the proats. Yummy.

Strange. Mine says to mix into milk or water.

But still, if you would eat the oatmeal normally, there is no reason it would cause weight gain if you combined them. That is, assuming you use the whey as a shake normally...

the ON containers i have also says to add it in oatmeal. but you don't necessarily need to do this.
and who said oats make you gain unnecessary weight? excess calories do!
