Okay, so I went today and had all my measurements done and body fat also

neck 16
shoulder girth 49
bicep bent 14
bicep relax 13
bicep flex 15
chest 16
waist 38
hips 42
thigh 23
calf 15

209 lbs
25.25 body fat
6 foot 1
30 years old

Do I need to even focus on losing weight or can I just start right into putting on mass.

I also did the calc. for fuel intake.

2140 to self sustain
add 300 brings me to 2440 per day
on a 40% pro 40% carbs 20% fats
am I on the right track with the nutrients here.

Also, I want to stick to the work outs in the v.2 A-stack manual.

Can I do all 3, specimen, monster pipes and perfect pecs, and if so what order do I do the 3 each day?

25% bodyfat.... drop fat first. then go for mass.

dont go by ratios. read the nutrition section sticky on calculating macronutrient needs. pro/fat/carb needs are based on bodyweight, not arbitrary proportions

dont assume we know what these routines are, or what the "v.2 A-stack manual" is for that matter. but, ill save you the trouble of posting them, and tell you that the majority of pre-packaged routines are fitness fluff garbage. do compound movements (squats, deadlift, bench, rows, dips, pullups/chinups, overhead press/military press) with progressively heavier weight. eat at a controlled caloric deficit (500-750 below your daily maintenance) and you will see results. good luck

and dont call food fuel (its my pet peeve. youre not a car)

Lol sorry off-topic.

66 + (6.23X209) + (12.7X73) - (6.8X30) = 2140
weight height age

does this seem right as a way to factor, and no it doesnt look like im figuring in exerise? I think I read somewhere that I should add 600 cal for exercise, is this correct?

How do I do my macros on bodyweight and lbm? Im really sorry if I seem needy but I really want to get this right.

Im reading the sticky in Nutrition. I guess my main question is, after I get the macros and intake correct, can I do the same workout routine to lose weight that I will be doing when I want to bulk up and gain lean mass?

yes. the difference between the 2 is calories, and maybe a bit more cardio while cutting weight

I'm confused. Isn't that pretty much what a lot of the people who responded DID? No one is going to do all the work for you. Read the stickies. Do the math.
Get to work.

Yeah, I was just thinking that a few pic would help to give a better idea. I havent asked anyone to do any work for me except give advice, and everyone has done just that, until you chimed in.

No offense, but why dont you take down all of you pics that you are using to attract attention to you , that would leave you with one good one of yourself.

Blizzard of 2011.

If I didnt need help I wouldnt be here.

Wow, what a charmer! I checked Jenc's profile pics, and the referred-to picture is of her dog...

She did give you advice, some very good advice: "Read the stickies. Do the math.
Get to work."

And I'll repeat my advice to you: Stop cross-posting in every forum you can find (you're even copy-pasting responses in your duplicate threads), accept the recommendations given to you, and use your brain.

If you want a step-by-step plan laid out for you, hire a trainer, or keep on with P90X.

LOL, no need to get upset little guy.

I am going to take everything I have learned and currently learning and making it my personal (and advertised) goal to squash every single one of your stats in every aspect.

I will be sure to let you be first to see it on youtube and comment first.
