Id say less carbs , more protein and more fat, fitting the same amount of calories

Fat is insultingly low. (I am insulted).

Up your fat intake.

What would you say I should change to do that?

Well having a closer look at it, its wrong in the first place. 125gr of rice is about 70/80gr of carbs, not 30.

Skip the rice, add veggies instead for exemple.

About the fat, add nuts, oily fish (salmon for exemple), flax oil, avocado......

Thanks but the rice is correct as I got the details of the packet... its brown rice.

ok. But I would personally still skip it and add veggies for complex carbs

Still low on fat, how about replace that bagel with cream cheese for some whole eggs?

Just curious, what time do you eat the chicken, rice and sweet potato?

6 pm. How many grams of fat should I be aiming for? (To lose weight)

It's calories in vs calories out that determines weight loss, not the amount of fat you eat, fat doesn't make you fat.
