Ok, i am cutting right now, and everywhere that i read i see that i need soo many calories and i need to cut back soo much. I am completely lost! I don't have any idea of how many calories i take in each day. I was looking at a chart and trying to make a menu of foods so that i can reach the normal 2000 calories that i'm sposed to normally take in. I was lookin and i swear. Thats alot of eatin! I don't think i'm at all meeting the normal intake of calories. But how am i supposed to figure out? At just a guess.. maybe i take in 1500 cals? I've been on a one meal a day diet for the last two months but i've lost no weight. I worked out during that time as well. Now i'm trying to eat more.. I dunno.. i don't even know where to start! Can somebody please help me?

use www.fitday.com to track your calories

if you are eating 5-6 times per day it shouldnt be that hard to reach 2000.

flaxseed oil, peanut butter, protein shakes are great add ons to bump your calories up a few hundred.

at your age and depending on your training activity, a rough guess would be that you should eat between 2200-2400 cals.

if you don't drop fat with that many cals then decrease it a little or train more often.

If you lose too much weight, then increase the cals or decrease the training.

the main thing is to figure out what it is that your body wants / needs. be calm and be patient and you will figure it out.
