So throughout my bbing career ive never counted calories, it was just so easy to gain and lose weight. Ive lifted in 2 phases of my life, from 17-19 and 23-24, and over the past year Ive had a tough time hitting my goals. I couldnt lose the last 5lbs for my cut and cant get the last 5-7lbs for my bulk (not to mention the weight i have put on from the bulk isnt as clean as i wanted).

I really think the issue is im just not away of my caloric needs. I kno there is a formula that takes into consideration ur basal metabolic rate, height, age, activity level and your goal (maintain weight, gain weight, and lose weight, I think its on a 1lb per week scale.)

Does nebody have this formula?
Is there a program online that I could use that would do this all for me?

any info is much appreciated.
