You're cutting so you can only get brown rice, broccoli and chicken breast. Maybe some cheese but it has fat in it..

Get lots of food that you want to put in your mouth, chew up, and swallow. It's how the process works. Once you swallow the food, your body will do the rest.

My god, you people are so mean!

How about actually offering some help! Hahahahaha

Okay, start with a lot of lean proteins:
Chicken breast
Turkey breast (fresh, not deli meat - too high in salt)
Plain white fleshed fish
Nonfat cottage cheese
93% lean or leaner beef
eggs/egg whites
protein powder

Also stock up on green, low carb vegetables:
Spinach, asparagus, brussels sprouts, broccoli, swiss chard or kale

Other low carb veggies: bell peppers, onions, garlic, cauliflower

Healthy sources of fat:
Peanut butter (all - natural, no hydrogenated oils)
Olive oil (extra virgin)
Fish oil supplements
Flaxseeds, milled
Almonds, walnuts or other plain unsalted nuts.

For carbs, be selective during your cut and watch portions.
Good ideas are oats (steel cut or old fashioned), sweet potatoes, quinoa, or other whole grains.

Good luck!!

Best,
