I don't have enough protein stocks, so I have to plan it.

Like the title said, when to consume more protein for bulking? On workout day or rests day?

Just maintain some sort of balance between your macros. Assuming your hitting your calories, you don't need to consume extra protein.

I can't tell about my calories, and 99% of the time I'm under the maintenance.

If you are under the maintenance, you are not bulking.

Well I would say which day you take more in doesn't really matter. But I'm sure you won't like that answer.

So take in more protein on the days you work out, since you'll be expending more energy. Now let this thread die please.
