Which is the best: Gaining weight+fat then when I reach the ideal weight I start bodybuilding and cardio or Gaining weight+fat and doing exercices in parallel?

If you don't lift weights and eat in surplus, you'll just gain fat.
So the obvious solution is lift+ eat.
There is no such thing as ideal weight.
