Hi, I just wanted to know how much pounds I should be expecting per week if I hit my calorie intake and macros.

Calories intake is 3200Cals I get in a surplus of around 200-300.

Stats: 6'2", 134 lbs

^^ Dude, with those stats, you should just focus on eating a lot more than you have been eating in the past. Of course, it is assumed that you are lifting as well.

lol I know I am getting the lifting calorie intake though also cos of my routine it says that I should drink protein in the morning, what if I don't could I drink it later on in the day? before my workout because I be in quite a rush in the mornings, thanks.
