K well fitnessman if u can help me that would be awsome. Ok so I weight 190lbs so im doing your ratio. Well in a previous post you said that your limited amount of carbs should come from vegetables and low gi carbs. Well i made a routine and im eating 7 meals a day so i divided my calories into that so each meal will contain 270 calories, 15g fat, 27g protein, but seeing that 30g of my carbs is post workout, that leaves me with 3g carbs per meal. Is this right??? Even a carrot has more than this, just wondering if you can clarify this up for me? thanks

P.S. also what are keto strips and what do u use them for?

Your 30 g of carbs for your postworkout shake doesnt count in your total carb intake.

The post weight training carbs DONT count!!!!!!!! 30g carb and 30g whey post training.

Carrot is not a low GI carb.... Eat spinach, califlower, large salds, olives and so on....Its amazing how many carbs you can eat.

Well i did that, still have a couple probs.
Im supposed to hit 1900 calories

and this is what i get

192g protein
105g fat
78g carbs

Thsi actually equals out to 2000 calories! Is 100 calories going to make a difference???

You can carb load at the end of your work out week for 24-36hrs..Reverse the diet, go high carb, low fat and moderate protien......No more than 36hrs.

OR

Have a big ol cheat meal once a week...If looking to lose faster.

Overall for most the carb load works best.

Cardio: Split it up if you can....Cardio A.M. weights P.M....Length and duration depends on you and what you can handle. I go 2-3 times a week for 40 min. or so when cutting.

Okay works been rough, my training has been poor, school has been flat out kicking my butt, my kids are driving me crazy....So I went out to eat last night(havent had a cheat meal in long time)

4 tall stouts
2 blue cheese burgers on onion buns
big ol basket of potato wedges
12 bbq wings
The other half of my wifes sandwich she couldnt finish.

On the way home a tall vanilla latte.....With a slice of cheese cake.

Hey if you are gonna do it, do it.
