Threw up today setting a new PR on a 10 mile stationary bike ride.....and it felt amazing working that hard and setting a goal.

For those wondering 10 miles in 29:40 at level 9 on bike...

Try it fasted next time or on an empty stomach. That way you won't ralph all over everything. Good Job on the PR though!
