What are gonna be the total calories for the day compared to your normal amount? Is this a refeed day? I remember you were looking to lose some weight...

No, I still am just gonna try to fit it in my macros. I have a busy day today after I lift, and when I am busy and don't think about food I'm fine. I just wanted to enjoy a really big meal since I figured I wont beat eating much today. I have gone over a day without eating just because I didn't think about it. I figure I'll eat 1-2 more meals today so I'll try to make it work.

The only thing I have concern with is is my fat intake. I'll have to eat low fat stuff for the rest of the day. As far as carbs and proteins I'm well within my macro limit.
