Hey guys im a on cuting diet im currently 1-1.5g of protein per lb and my fat intake is usually 0.5g of fat per pound, MY question is it ok to go over 0.5g of fat long as you stay at your calorie intake for the day.

180lbs
5'11
bf 13%
My goal is to be 8% by june 1st, is that possible? If i do my diet correctly. Thx

Yes. 0.35-0.5g/lb BW is a minimum standard. Dietary fat does not increase body fat, excess calories (whether they come from carbs, protein, fats or alcohol) do.

^What he said. And if you do a 500 caloric deficit from your regular caloric maintenance, you should be able to 8% before June 1st. Best of luck on your cut!

thx. Im Having a little trouble on the weekends when im home i feel constantly hungry but the days im at work i feel fine.
