For post workout if you are already at 500 over maintenance would a shake with water and apple be suffice? I'm guessing your bodys still digesting the food from before .. Somehelp would be good

if your bulking.....i dont think it could hurt, but try to incorporate your shake and apple into your macros next time

Would totally help if you listed your daily macros and the macros of the shake and apple..
