Trying to fix my eating habits. Not going to remove carbs from my diet, but I want to replace them with "healthy" carbs.. I have brown rice and whole wheat bread so far.. Any more?

Thanks

Can't think of an "unhealthy" carbohydrate, aside from continually processed and refined sugars and maybe bleached flour.

Oats are your new best friend. Most dairy and all fruits and vegetables are carb-rich. Pasta works too.

Can you explain? I always hear that white rice is unhealthy.
