Meal One:

50g Plain Oats
15g Peanut Butter
2 Scoop Whey

Meal Two:

3 Wholemeal Bread
2 Egg Medium
2 Scoop Whey

Meal Three:

300g Chicken Lean
2 Apple

Meal Four:

50g Plain Oats
2 Scoop Whey

Total: 2000 Calories, 225g Protein, 160g Carbs, 50g Fat

No one cares what you eat, only macros please.

Less protein more fat.

^ This, plus, maybe try to get more of your protein from whole foods, rather than protein supplements
Beef, eggs, pork, chicken, tuna just to name a few examples

Your diet looks terrible.

Your caloric intake is too low, your fat intake is too low, your meal section is horrible so micronutrient deficiency is almost a given and you're dependent on supplements rather than whole foods for a good amount of your protein intake.

the only thing I'd change is your last 2 meals. it's good to have some fat at every meal to make sure all the nutrients can be absorbed (fat soluble vitamins). maybe replace one of the apples with a few nuts...

I would recommend throwing some nuts in instead of the apple, like someone else said above. Then, replace the powder in your last meal with either flank steak or bison burger, both of which I have recently added. Keep the oats if you go with the steak, or just get a whole wheat bun, some condiments, and some low fat cheese for the burger. You'll up your fat and your inner-manliness will thank you.
