help me can some one give me there diet plan that i can copy so ill have a starting ground

like lunch and stuff

Eat a lot. Huge PB and J's, hamburger helper, gallon of milk per day etc. Eat til you cant handle any more. Concentrate on the big 3 lifts, and sleep lots. Results are sure to follow.

I don't believe it's a smart idea basically telling someone to disregard caloric intake. This is regardless of what you tell your "twin brother clients to do who gain 35lbs in 6 months".

OP should read the stickies and make the most of what he could do

The first thing you need to do is estimate how much you should eat and the macronutrients that should compose said calories. To learn how to do so, please see: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=121703981

With that information, you can select foods that you enjoy and portion them in such a way as to compose your diet properly.
