For the past few days i've started eating the following things.. currently at about 74kg wanting to bulk to 80+. I am 5'11'' and 12% BF..

Meal #1
6 Weetbix (high in carbs, not sure whether you have them in america)
450ml Full Milk

Meal #2
Peanut Butter
4 Slices Whole Meal Bread.

Meal #3
200g of tuna
1 Med tomato
Either a cup of brown rice or whole meal bread

Post workout
50g whey protien
1 banana

Meal #4 (Lunch)
300g Chicken Breast
Salad (Lettuce, Cucumber, Onions, feta cheese)
1 1/2 Cup of brown rice

Meal #5 (Dinner)
Whatever is being cooked that night,
Usually pasta, or something chicken based.

Would a 6th meal inbetween lunch and dinner be neccessary? Even just a small snack to get macro's up?

Not sure about the calories or macro's of this, but it looks pretty solid to me.

Can't help without the macros, go work them out

also adding an extra meal won't make any difference (frequency wise), you could just increase the portions of a meal there
