hi guys what sort of oats do you have with you shakes etc?? im thinkin with my shake i might add oats if they are low calorie..

is it a case of adding porridge oats or is that to high on carbs and calories??

Oats are oats.

If you don't want as much calories, don't add as much oats.

I would have to guess quick oats would be better for this considering they are already smaller and probably easier to incorporate into a drink.
