Ok so i am following the $100,00 muscle building workouts, and trying to stick to the diet currently my meals look like this.

Morn:
4 egg whites
protien shake with 1 cup of oats

Mid Morn:
1 Banana
2 slices wheat bread
3 tsp Almond butter

Lunch:
4 oz lean meat (chicken)
1 cup brocoli
2 cup brown rice

afternoon/ evening:
4 oz white fish
1 baked potato

Post workout:
protien shake

this brings my total calories to about the 2300-2500 range, im also taking oxyelite pro and a mutlivitamin, my questions is what will happen to my body if i do this diet and hit the recommended workouts which are days a week. I weigh about 175 so maintenance is about 2800. will i see muscle gains or just fat loss?

Eat less than maintenance + working out = even farther below maintenance

you'll lose weight. you're diet will determine whether or not you're losing muscle/fat and how much of each.
