coffee has 0 calories and all but is it harmful in high concentrations?

i drink 2 cups of caffeinated in the morning..

and 5-7 cups of de-caffeinated throughout the afternoon/night..

i only use big blend white chocolate protein as a creamer.. its pretty much carb free/sugar free and tastes better then the crappy creamers on the market.

The only thing that could be harmful is the caffeine.

It increases blood pressure, constricts your blood vessels, and increases heart rate. In moderation for a healthy individual, this shouldn't be a problem.

Too much of any drug is a problem regardless of health status. Caffeine is a drug. Use in moderation.

8 oz coffee is about 2 calories. You're fine. The lethal dose is around 10,000 mg. No sane person will drink that much.

Something doesn't need to be lethal to be bad......

Anyway, OP, I've read that once you hit around 1,000mg of caffeine a day, you can start having weird side effects. For some people, it's as low as 800mg a day depending on sensitivity. A strong cup of coffee can have up to 150mg (once again from what I've read) so you should be fine. Keep in mind that decaf coffee does have caffeine though.
