Looks pretty good to me..what do you guys think?
Btw: I can only eat at the times specified below, because of school and studies.

Wake up, 6:30- banana

Breakfast, 7:00- 1 cup oats, 2 whole eggs, 5 egg whites, 1 cup whole milk, 1 tbsp olive oil.

Lunch, 12:30- 3oz. chicken breast, 2 cans of tuna, 1 cup brown rice, water

Pre-Workout, 3:30- bagel w/ pnut butter, 1 scoop whey mixed with whole milk

Post-Workout, 5:00- 1 scoop whey mixed in water, 3oz. steak, 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup brocolli, tbsp olive oil

Before Bed- 1 cup cottage cheese

Comes out at over 3,300cals, 135fat(g), 264carbs(g), 300+protein

Looks acceptable to me though I hate seeing egg yolks go to waste. What are your weight and body fat %?
