Guys, I am going crazy here! I need a BULKING diet..I tried Keto 2 weeks and I am scared..I have lost fat but skin is starting to sag..I lost a lot of weight and I don't want to come down with a nervous break down...Could someone please help me out with a meal plan? My macros are:

270g Protein
270 Carbs
60g fat
Calories 2960

I am 5'11
180 lbs

These are supposed to be my scores to bulk. Thanks for taking the time to read this.
