View Full Version : Prepared foods/meals?

So i'm in university and have night classes.. so I work out early in the morning. To start the day I have about 5 scrambled eggs. I then go for my workout but the problem is when I get back from it i'm dead tired and don't feel like doing anything at all. So i'm usually too lazy to even eat because i'm too tired to make a meal.

I think i'm going to start preparing all of my meals ahead of time (like a week in advance or the night before.) I was thinking about having the following prepared:

Yogurt bowl with fruits
fruit plates
Peanut butter jelly sandwiches
chicken breasts

I will still make my 5 eggs in the morning..

Anyone have any other suggestions of meals I can make ahead of time?

tuna salad
muesli
pasta salad
protein bars/brownies/cakes

Never tried muesli. What are some good cereals (healthy i'm trying to clean bulk)?

you can make your own muesli.

mix up some oats, dried fruit, nuts, seeds etc. throw some yogurt on it, mix it up and let it sit in the fridge for like 8 hours.


nutritious cereals= Kashi Golean, Kashi golean crunch, (all have fair amounts of protein and are high in fiber)
kay's cereals, uncle sam
