how bad is consuming alcohol for building muscle. i know its not good for you but id like to know just how bad it is.

haha a friends of mine wants to know ;) ... well i guess 10 is completely destroying that days workout and any other muscles recovering and 1 being not effective at all

If drinking is done in moderation, it shouldn't affect you negatively. Just remember, alcohol has calories as well. Then again, I don't drink.
