This isn't the best day to catalog my daily nutrition but I decided I'd do it today because the fat - carb - protein ratio shold be rather consistent throughout the week. I had 3/4 lbs of Turkey Breast today so my sodium levels were way too high today.

Important things ^

Fat content = joke. You need at least .4-.5g of fat per lb of lean body mass. The protein and carbs are super excessive - and you eat as many calories as I do - I'm a 5'2, 113 lb girl - maybe you should adjust that, as well.

Why does a 200lb man eat so little? Ur fats r too low!

Wow, I didn't know that.

Going from 290lbs to 177lbs kind of makes me watch my calories a little more than usual. The funny thing is, I've been making a lot of gains with 2k calories for the past few months.

Definitely need to up my fat content though. Thank you!

As stated, calories and fat are far too low.
You need 2.5-3x as much fat as you are getting.
Since sodium is high, increase your potassium intake.
