Hi All,

Been cutting for 6 months now and have to say i am seeing the results. problem though is i am very busy at work and dont really have the time to eat every few hours. What iv been doing is eat an apple every few hours or so. Seems to be working so far, but was wondering, are there any other options? i know a lot of people eat chicken and all but dont have access to a microwave and little time in breaks to go all out. Any recommendations for something quick that doesnt require heating/cooling?

What is wrong with cold chicken? I would say tuna brah, mix it with some peanut butter. Pickles maybe.
