First off, I'll do this assuming that every playoff team wins in week 17(I don't know the matchups, so don't say returd thats not gonna happen). Neither am I going to attempt to touch the NFC side(I will leave it up, and I will solely pick the team I think will win.. Its too tough for me, solely because I mostly focus on the AFC because it's the Patriots conference. Given that I'll try to be the least homer I can.
AFC1. Patriots 14-2
AFC2. Steelers 12-4
AFC3. Chiefs 11-5
AFC4. Colts 10-6
AFC5. Ravens 12-4
AFC6. Jets 11-5
NFC1. Falcons 13-3
NFC2. Bears 12-4
NFC3. Eagles 11-5
NFC4. Rams 8-8
NFC5. Saints 12-4
NFC6. Giants 10-6

Wild Card
Matchups
AFC
Jets @ Chiefs- This could go either way, really. The only reason I think the Chiefs will win is because the Jets defense led them through the playoffs last year, now they have a defense that has let up 297 points in 15 games, opposed to 236 last year. Given their QB has matured, without that good of a defense to fall back on, he'll be forced to carry a burden. Meanwhile, the Chiefs secondary can take advantage forcing pressure on a weaker O-line. The Chiefs mean run duo will also take off against the Jets.
Ravens @ Colts- This ones easy. Good running game v. Bad run defense. Good defense v. battered up offense. With Reed this season the Ravens are a solid 7-2, with close losses against the Falcons+Steelers(Avg. 4 margin)
NFC
Giants @ Eagles
Saints @ Rams
Division
Matchups
AFC
Ravens @ Patriots- So it's going to be a rematch of last years playoffs. Simply put, the Patriots are twice as good as they were last year. The Ravens, I don't think they are the team they were last year. The Patriots have had a good track record against teams with good defenses this year, so I think they will be able to score 25-40 points. That being said, their defense has also improved and I don't think Rice will be able to explode like he did last year. Especially since BB will be looking for revenge.
Chiefs @ Steelers- After the Chiefs faced a mediocre defense, they're facing a lot better defense, with a lot more experienced offense. Put that together, and the Chiefs don't have a change.
NFC
Saints @ Falcons
Eagles @ Bears
Conference
Matchups
AFC
Steelers @ Patriots- Patriots beat the Steelers earlier this year at Heinz field. The Patriots have a better team, and are more put together. I think they aren't as good as a team as they were in the previous weeks when they peeked, but I don't think BBs going to allow them to let up.
NFC
Saints @ Eagles
Super Bowl
Saints v. Patriots- This gun be gewd. Last time these two teams played eachother was MNF last year, and the Saints killed them. This is going to be a shoot out, and might go down as one of the highest scoring SBs of all time. In the end, I got the Patriots win 45-35.

I tried to be the least homer I could be and I still got the Patriots winning. I'd like to see most of all what Keethnab has to say of this.

Interestingly enough, I think I have one AFC team winning on the road. I have one NFC team winning at home.

I don't want to pretend I'm NFC smart. I believe I'm smart enough with the AFC.

Typical Patriots fan bias right here.

BRB Jets O-line ranked 5th in AFC
BRB Jets Run Defense ranked 4th in AFC

I think you should take a look at the teams the Chiefs have run against and where they rank against the run.

Just like the Colts have owned the pats the past 3-4 years they've done the same to the Ravens but even worse.

2009: Colts win regular season by 2
2008: Colts win regular season by 28
2007: Colts win regular season by 24
2006: Didn't play regular season

2009: Colts win post season by 17
2008: Didn't play
2007: Didn't play
2006: Colts win post season by 9

Last time the Ravens beat the Colts in the regular season was 2001
They've never beat Manning in the post season.

I forgot how good of runningbacks are in the AFC East...
Lawfirm+Woodhead
Spiller+Jackson
Brown+Williams(I don't even know if this one is there anymore)
Check past 2 games...They've been exposed.

Peyton is gonna shred the ravens then beat those phaggy Patriots

Y u mad though?

Trends are bound to be broken, that's the only reason I stated it. It's not like you have Marvin Harrison+Austin Collie+Dallas Clark catching passes.

we all know what happened last year to the pats with the ravens, but the colts crappy run defense didnt allow the ravens to score a td all game.

dont see the ravens beating the colts in lucas oil stadium.

I don't think that your like "the chiefs don't have a change (you meant chance)" is accurate. I think that game would be pretty close and it is the playoffs so anything goes.

Yeah, too bad they couldn't play the Pats every week.

Im sorry guys but the only team who stands a chance against the bears in the NFC is the saints. The bears defense can single handidly win any game against any team. Not to mention our offense has been putting up about 40 pts in the last 2 games against some good defense and very good run defenses. We are hot entering the playoffs and if we knock the saints off early.. no one is going to stop us.

How come no one ever talks about them beating the saints. Saints might even be better than the pats.
